Food and Forest Development Finland (FFD), Trias and JustDiggit are seeking a consultant (or consultancy team) to conduct the endline evaluation of the HUSISHA programme in Tanzania and FFD’s project TAN8803 Greener Tanzania through climate resilient livelihoods and land use management.

The evaluation will be conducted between June and August 2026 using a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative methods with light quantitative validation. The objective is to generate actionable learning on the programme’s and projects relevance, effectiveness, impact and sustainability, while meeting accountability requirements towards donors.
The assignment is suited for experienced consultants with strong expertise in development evaluations, participatory methods, and mixed-methods analysis.
